    2. Returns and Replacements (for Damaged/Defective Products Only)

    • A clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded, starting from the moment the outer packaging is opened.

    • The video must clearly show:

      • The shipping label

      • The full product unboxing

      • The damaged or defective area of the product

    • The unboxing video must be submitted to us within 24 hours of product delivery.

    Upon successful verification of the issue, a replacement will be arranged or store credit will be issued. Refunds will not be provided in any case except as per this limited condition.


    3. Claims That Will Not Be Accepted

    We regret that we will not be able to process your request under the following circumstances:

    • No unboxing video is provided

    • The video is unclear, interrupted, edited, or incomplete

    • The request is submitted after 24 hours of delivery

    • The damage occurred after delivery

    • The product was ordered incorrectly, or the customer changed their mind


    4. Cancellations
